• Building purchasing standards and procedures

• Internal audits of purchasing processes
• Reporting of savings to PTL (Project Tracking List)
• Recording of supplier contracts, supervision of bonus contract settlements
• Building a database of suppliers, analysis of terms and conditions
• Participation in the cost acceptance process
• Cooperation with other departments
• Constant cooperation with the Head Office in purchasing processes
• Management of the purchase contract workflow process
• Initiating and implementing savings potentials.
• Knowledge of and adherence to the principles described in the documentation of the Integrated Quality Management System
• Carrying out other instructions ordered by superiors that relate to the work, provided that they are not contrary to the law or the employment
